Sam Reynolds, founder and managing director, holds a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management of Construction and brings 20 years of hands-on experience to the business.
Sam has worked at:

- Specialist quantity surveying practices
His experience covers new-build developments, land promotion, cost planning, feasibility assessments, procurement, and commercial management. Sam’s understanding of construction and development costs is second to none, ensuring planning applications are realistic, commercially viable, and attractive to developers.

Our Story
Farriers Land & Planning was created to offer a simpler, smarter and risk-free way for landowners to unlock the true value of their land. After working with developers, contractors and private surveying practices, Sam recognised that many landowners lacked the resources, knowledge or confidence to pursue planning permission themselves. Farriers Land & Planning was built to bridge that gap—funding planning costs in full and managing the entire process on behalf of the landowner. Today, the company supports clients across the UK, helping them transform unused spaces into profitable opportunities.
